No commission is charged on the share the original owner keeps. After completion, every co-owner receives an account, calendar access and annual statements. Boat management is £49 per boat each month.
Two routes
Owners can sell a genuine percentage of their boat and split costs. A monthly or per-use arrangement without ownership may count as commercial operation, so the platform would require coding, insurance and marina checks before allowing it.
